The Birth of Ahaṅkāra as Guha/Skanda and His Appointment as Divine Commander
तत्संयोगादहंकारः स च सेनापतिर्गुहः । तस्योत्पत्तिं प्रवक्ष्यामि शृणु राजन् महामते ॥ २५.५ ॥
tatsaṃyogād ahaṃkāraḥ sa ca senāpatir guhaḥ | tasyotpattiṃ pravakṣyāmi śṛṇu rājan mahāmate || 25.5 ||
पुरुष और अव्यक्त के मिलने से अहंकार पैदा हुआ। इसके साथ गुह भी है, जो सेना का सरदार है। अब मैं तुम्हे बताता हूँ कि गुह कैसे बना। राजा, तम तो समझदार हो, ध्यान से सुनो।
