The Birth of Gaṇapati, the Emergence of the Vināyakas, and the Significance of the Fourth Lunar Day

Prapitāmaha (Brahmā)
It reflects a Purāṇic motif of organizing divine and semi-divine groups (gaṇas/anugas) through delegated leadership, illustrating how authority and function are narrated within Sanskrit mythic literature.
No geographic location is named in this verse; the content is administrative and genealogical (designation of leadership among Vināyakas/attendants).
Rather than a direct ethical injunction, the verse emphasizes ordered governance and delegated responsibility—an implicit philosophical instruction about structured leadership within a cosmic-social hierarchy.
