अपौगण्डो म्रियेत्पञ्च कर्मशेषक्षये तु सः ॥ ततो मानुषतां याति चैष कर्माविनिर्णयः
apaugaṇḍo mriyet pañca karmaśeṣakṣaye tu saḥ || tato mānuṣatāṃ yāti caiṣa karmāvinirṇayaḥ
बच्चा जवान होने से पहले पाँच बार मर सकता है। लेकिन जब उसके पुराने करम का हिसाब पूरा हो जाता है, तब वो इंसान बनता है। यह करम का हिसाब है।
