क्वचित्स्थूलैस्तथा बद्धः उद्बद्धश्च क्वचित्तथा॥ हाहाभयानकोन्मिश्रः शब्दोऽश्रूयत दारुणः॥
kvacit sthūlais tathā baddhaḥ udbaddhaś ca kvacit tathā || hāhābhayānakonmiśraḥ śabdo 'śrūyata dāruṇaḥ
कहीं लोग मोटी रस्सी से बंधे हैं। कहीं से खुल गए। डरावनी आवाज़ सुनाई दी, हा-हा की चिल्लाहट और डर की आवाज़ मिल के आ रही थी।
