सुरापो ब्रह्महा चैव यो द्विजो वीरघातकः ॥ तथा वार्धुषिका ये च जिह्मप्रेक्षाश्च ये नराः ॥
surāpo brahmahā caiva yo dvijo vīraghātakaḥ | tathā vārḍhuṣikā ye ca jihmaprekṣāś ca ye narāḥ ||
ये वो लोग हैं जिनसे दूर रहना चाहिए। जो शराब पीते हैं, किसी ब्राह्मण को मारते हैं, या किसी बहादुर आदमी को मार देते हैं। जो लोग बड़े बड़े करके पैसे लगाते हैं, और जिनकी नज़र में फरेब होता है। ऐसे लोगों का यहाँ नाम लिया गया है।
