एवमुक्त्वा हृष्टपुष्टः स्वेन देहेन सुव्रत ॥ तपसा प्राप्तयोगस्तु जितात्मा कृतसंयमः
evam uktvā hṛṣṭapuṣṭaḥ svena dehena suvrata || tapasā prāptayogas tu jitātmā kṛtasaṁyamaḥ
यह सब कह के वो खुश हो गया। उसका शरीर भी स्ट्रॉन्ग हो गया। तपस्या से उसने खुद को जीता, अपने आप को कंट्रोल किया।
