शुचिर्भूत्वा तु विधिवत्कृत्वा शान्त्युदकानि तु ॥ प्रणम्य शिरसा देवि निवापस्थानमागतः ॥ मन्त्रैः स्तुतिस्तु कर्त्तव्या तव भक्त्या । अवतिष्ठता ॥
śucir bhūtvā tu vidhivat kṛtvā śāntyudakāni tu || praṇamya śirasā devi nivāpasthānam āgataḥ || mantraiḥ stutis tu kartavyā tava bhaktyā | avatiṣṭhatā ||
पहले आपको साफ होना है, फिर शांति के पानी से पूजा करनी है। देवी के आगे सर झुका के निवाप वाली जगह पर जाओ। वहाँ जा के मंत्रों से उनकी स्तुति करो, अपना दिल लगाके।
