मन्त्रः— इदं ते आसनं दत्तं विश्रामं क्रियतां द्विज ॥ कुरुष्व मे प्रसादं च सुप्रसीद द्विजोत्तम ॥
mantraḥ— idaṃ te āsanaṃ dattaṃ viśrāmaṃ kriyatāṃ dvija | kuruṣva me prasādaṃ ca suprasīda dvijottama ||
यह मंत्र बोलना: मैं आपको यह आसन दे रहा हूँ, आप बैठ के आराम कीजिए। मुझपर कृपा कीजिए, आप बड़े ब्राह्मण हैं।
