Determination of the Origin and Procedure of the Ancestral Offering

गतासूनगतासूंश्च नानुशोचन्ति पण्डिताः ॥ मृतं वा यदि वा नष्टं यो यान्तमनुशोचति
gatāsūn agatāsūṁś ca nānuśocanti paṇḍitāḥ | mṛtaṁ vā yadi vā naṣṭaṁ yo yāntam anuśocati ||
पंडित लोग न मरने वाले के लिए रोते हैं, न जीवित लोग के लिए। कोई मर गया या खो गया, जो चला गया उसके लिए रोने से वो वापस नहीं आता।
