नात्युच्चं नातिनीचं च चेलाजिनकुशोत्तरम् ॥ तत्रैकाग्रं मनः कृत्वा यतचित्तो जितेन्द्रियः
nātyuccāṃ nātinīcaṃ ca celājinakuśottaram || tatraikāgraṃ manaḥ kṛtvā yatacitto jitendriyaḥ
