कथं ते मुनयः शापात्प्रदहेयुर्न मामिति॥ सदेवासुरगन्धर्वपिशाचोरगराक्षसाः॥
kathaṃ te munayaḥ śāpāt pradaheyuḥ na mām iti || sadevāsuragandharvapiśācoragarākṣasāḥ ||
उसने सोचा, रिशि लोग मुझे श्राप कैसे दे सकते हैं। तब वहाँ बहुत लोग आए। देवी-देवता, असुर, गंधर्व, भूत-प्रेत, नाग और राक्षस सब थे।
