It indicates an organized tīrtha ‘circuit’ (named Viśrānti), suggesting institutional memory of pilgrimage routes rather than isolated sacred points.
The circuit-name ‘Viśrānti’ is given; its geographic extent is defined by the previously listed tīrthas, likely within a Yamunā-linked regional network.
It recommends devotion coupled with sensory restraint (jitendriya) and orderly progression (krama) as the proper disposition for pilgrimage.
