Exposition of the Glory of the Mandāra Sacred Grove
atha vai muñcate prāṇān mama karmavyavasthitaḥ || sarvadvīpān parityajya mama lokaṃ prapadyate
Varāha
It illustrates how Purāṇic authors integrated ethical discipline (karma/observance) with tīrtha narratives, linking place-based practice to broader soteriological promises.
The verse is general; it applies to the tīrtha cluster being described in this chapter section rather than naming a single modern-identifiable site.
To remain 'karmavyavasthita'—steadfast in the prescribed discipline—emphasizing regulated conduct alongside pilgrimage.
