वैश्यस्य तु गृहे जातो ह्यनेकक्रतুযाजिनः ॥ धनरत्नसमृद्धे तु रूपवान् गुणवान् शुचिः
vaiśyasya tu gṛhe jāto hy aneka-kratu-yājinaḥ || dhana-ratna-samṛddhe tu rūpavān guṇavān śuciḥ
यह बेटा एक वैश्य के घर पैदा हुआ। उसके बाप ने बहुत सारे यज्ञ किए थे। घर में पैसा और हीरे-मोती थे। बेटा भी खूबसूरत था, अच्छा था, और दिल से साफ था।
