सन्निपातस्य दोषेण येनेदं पीड्यते शिरः ॥ काले विकाले कृत्वा वै पित्तोद्रेकं यशस्विति
sannipātasya doṣeṇa yenedaṃ pīḍyate śiraḥ || kāle vikāle kṛtvā vai pittodrekaṃ yaśasv iti
जब तीनों दोष एक साथ बढ़ जाते हैं, तब सिर में दर्द होता है। कभी सही वक़्त पे खाया नहीं, तो पित्त बढ़ गया। यह सब गलत रूटीन का असर है।
