A Sūtra-like Manual of Expiations for Ritual Transgressions
पायसेन दिनत्रय्यां त्रिदिनं सक्तुना तथा ॥ त्रिदिनं वायुभक्षोऽपि आकाशशयनस्त्रिकम् ॥
pāyasena dinatrayyāṃ tridinaṃ saktunā tathā || tridinaṃ vāyubhakṣo'pi ākāśaśayanastrikam ||
तीन दिन दूध-चावल खाओ। फिर तीन दिन सत्तू खाओ। फिर तीन दिन कुछ मत खाओ, बस हवा से काम चलाओ। और तीन दिन आसमान के नीचे सो जाओ।
