स्त्रियं चैवापि हिंसन्ति कामकाराश्च ये नराः ॥ ते दण्ड्याश्चैव वध्याश्च राजधर्माद्यथार्हतः
striyaṁ caivāpi hiṁsanti kāmakārāś ca ye narāḥ || te daṇḍyāś caiva vadhyāś ca rājadharmād yathārhataḥ
जो मर्द अपनी मर्ज़ी से या काम के चक्कर में औरतों को तकलीफ देते हैं, उनको सज़ा मिलती है। राजा के धरम के हिसाब से उनको सज़ा मिलती है, कभी-कभी फांसी तक हो सकती है।
