An Exposition on the Causes of Happiness and Suffering
निगृहीतेन्द्रियः पञ्च ततः सौख्यतरं नु किम् ॥ सहते चावमानं तु व्यसने न तु दुर्मनाः ॥
nigṛhītendriyaḥ pañca tataḥ saukhyataraṃ nu kim | sahate cāvamānaṃ tu vyasane na tu durmanāḥ ||
जब इंसान अपनी पाँच इंद्रियों को रोक लेता है, उससे बड़ा सुख क्या हो सकता है। वो गाली भी सहेल लेता है। बुरा वक्त आए तो भी दुखी नहीं होता, हिम्मत नहीं छोड़ता।
