Varāha (default framework; speaker not explicit in excerpt)
It preserves a literary snapshot of public ceremonial culture—music, dance, and song—framed around a royal ritual bath, reflecting how Purāṇic texts embed social practices within tīrtha and observance narratives.
No specific place-name is given in this verse; it refers generally to “there” (tatra), implying continuity with the location established in surrounding verses of Adhyāya 11.
Rather than a direct injunction, the verse emphasizes the cultural framing of ritual acts—presenting communal celebration and reverence around a ceremonial bath as part of an ordered social and ritual life.
