Praise of Varāha and Pṛthivī’s Foundational Questions
इत्युक्तः क्रोधरूपेण जहास परमेश्वरः । हसतस्तस्य कुक्षौ तु जगद्धात्री ददर्श ह ॥ रुद्रान् देवान् सवासवः सिद्धसङ्घान् महर्षिभिः ॥ १.१६ ॥
ity uktaḥ krodharūpeṇa jahāsa parameśvaraḥ | hasatas tasya kukṣau tu jagaddhātrī dadarśa ha || rudrān devān savāsavaḥ siddhasaṅghān maharṣibhiḥ || 1.16 ||
जब उसने गुस्से से बात की, तोह परमेश्वर ने हास दिया। वोह हास्ते वक्त उसके पेट में धरती ने देखा, रुद्र, देवता, इंद्र, सिद्ध और बड़े रिशि सब थे। चाँद, सूर्य और ग्रह, सात दुनिया, सब वहाँ थे। अपना धरम पकड़े हुए सब अपनी जगह पे थे। धरती देखती रही, और उसके शरीर काँपने लगा।
