Recitation with translationKshurika Upanishad 18

chidyate dhyānayogena suṣumnāikā na chidyate | yoganirmaladhāreṇa kṣureṇānalavarcāsā || chindennāḍīśataṃ dhīraḥ prabhāvād iha janmani | jātīpuṣpasamāyogair yathā vāsyati tailitam ||

By the yoga of meditation (the knots/obstructions) are cut; suṣumnā alone is not cut. With the razor—having the lustre of fire—(namely) the stream made pure by yoga, the steadfast one should cut the hundred nāḍīs by its power here in this very life, just as oil is perfumed by contact with jasmine flowers.
