Katha Upanishad: Verse 1.1.16
तमब्रवीत्प्रीयमाणो महात्मा वरं तवेहाद्य ददामि भूयः। तवैव नामा भवितायमग्निः सृक्ङां चेमामनेकरूपां गृहाण ॥१६॥
तम् अब्रवीत् प्रीयमाणः महात्मा वरम् तव इह अद्य ददामि भूयः। तव एव नामा भविता अयम् अग्निः सृक्वीणाम् च इमाम् अनेकरूपाम् गृहाण ॥
tam abravīt prīyamāṇo mahātmā varaṃ tavehādya dadāmi bhūyaḥ | tavaiva nāmā bhavitāyamagniḥ sṛkṣṇāṃ cemāmanekarūpāṃ gṛhāṇa ||
यम खुश हो गए। उन्होंने कहा, मैं आज तुम्हे एक और वरदान देता हूँ। यह अग्नि तुम्हारे नाम से जानी जाएगी। यह हार लो, इसमें काफी डिज़ाइन्स हैं।
Being pleased, the great-souled one [Yama] said to him: 'Today I grant you another boon. This fire shall bear your name; accept this multi-formed necklace of beads.'
