विविक्तदेशे च सुखासनस्थः शुचिः समग्रीवशिरःशरीरः । अन्त्याश्रमस्थः सकलेन्द्रियाणि निरुध्य भक्त्या स्वगुरुं प्रणम्य ॥५॥
विविक्त-देशे च सुख-आसन-स्थः । शुचिः सम-ग्रीव-शिरः-शरीरः । अन्त्य-आश्रम-स्थः सकल-इन्द्रियाणि । निरुध्य भक्त्या स्व-गुरुम् प्रणम्य ॥५॥
viviktadeśe ca sukhāsanasthaḥ śuciḥ samagrīvaśiraḥśarīraḥ | antyāśramasthaḥ sakalendriyāṇi nirudhya bhaktyā svaguruṃ praṇamya ||5||
अब सुन्नो कैसे करना है। एक सुनसान जगह पे जाके आराम से बैठो। शरीर साफ रखो, गर्दन और सर सीधा। संन्यास लेके अपने गुरु को प्रणाम करो। अपनी आंखें और कान कंट्रोल में रखो, फिर शुरू करो।
