Recitation with translationDhyanabindu Upanishad 7

tilānāṃ tu yathā tailaṃ puṣpe gandha ivāśritaḥ | puruṣasya śarīre tu sa bāhyābhyantare sthitaḥ ||7||

जैसे तिल में तेल भरा होता है और फूल में खुशबू बसी होती है, वैसे ही इंसान के शरीर में वो आत्मा है। बाहर भी है और अंदर भी।

Just as oil (is present) in sesame seeds, and as fragrance is lodged in a flower, so in the body of a person That (Self) is situated—both outwardly and inwardly.

Ātman/Brahman as immanent (antarvyāptatā)Mahavakya: Supports the purport of ‘ayam ātmā brahma’ (the Self here is Brahman) by emphasizing immanence; not a direct quotation.AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
