Dhyanabindu Upanishad: Verse 5
पुष्पमध्ये यथा गन्धः पयोमध्ये यथा घृतम् । तिलमध्ये यथा तैलं पाषाणेष्विव काञ्चनम् ॥ एवं सर्वाणि भूतानि मणौ सूत्र इवात्मनि । स्थिरबुद्धिरसंमूढो ब्रह्मविद्ब्रह्मणि स्थितः ॥५-६॥
पुष्प-मध्ये । यथा । गन्धः । पयः-मध्ये । यथा । घृतम् । तिल-मध्ये । यथा । तैलम् । पाषाणेषु । इव । काञ्चनम् । एवं । सर्वाणि । भूतानि । मणौ । सूत्रः । इव । आत्मनि । स्थिर-बुद्धिः । असंमूढः । ब्रह्म-वित् । ब्रह्मणि । स्थितः ॥५-६॥
puṣpamadhye yathā gandhaḥ payomadhye yathā ghṛtam | tilamadhye yathā tailaṃ pāṣāṇeṣv iva kāñcanam || evaṃ sarvāṇi bhūtāni maṇau sūtra iva ātmani | sthirabuddhir asaṃmūḍho brahmavid brahmaṇi sthitaḥ ||5-6||
फूल में खुशबू होती है, दूध में घी छुपा होता है। तिल में तेल होता और पत्थर में सोना। सब जगह भगवान छुपा है, जैसे मोती में धागा। जो यह समझता है, वो हमेशा शांत रहता है।
As fragrance (is) in the midst of a flower, as ghee (is) in the midst of milk, as oil (is) in the midst of sesame, (and) as gold (is) in stones—so all beings (are) in the Self, like a thread in a jewel. Steady-minded, unbewildered, the knower of Brahman abides in Brahman.
