तेन तंह बको दाल्भ्यो विदांचकार। स ह नैमिशीयानामुद्गाता बभूव स ह स्मैभ्यः कामानागायति ॥१.२.१३॥

IAST Transliteration

tena taṃha bako dālbyo vidāṃcakāra | sa ha naimiśīyānāmudgātā babhūva sa ha smaibhyaḥ kāmānāgāyati

Translation

इसी से बक दाल्भ्य को भी यह ज्ञान मिल गया। वो नैमिषीय लोगों का गायक बन गया। जो भी वो लोग माँगते थे, वो उनके लिए गाके लाता था।

Academic Translation

With that, Baka Dalbhya came to know (the Akshara). He became the Udgata (chanter) for the Naimishiyas. He used to sing forth their desired objects for them.
