Amritnada Upanishad 22: Verse 22
पश्चाद्ध्यायीत् पूर्वोक्तक्रमशो मन्त्रविद्बुधः । स्थूलातिस्थूलमात्रायं नाभेरूर्ध्वरुपक्रमः ॥२२॥
पश्चात् । ध्यायीत् । पूर्व-उक्त-क्रमशः । मन्त्र-वित् । बुधः । स्थूल । अति-स्थूल । मात्रा-अयम् । नाभेः । ऊर्ध्व-रूप-क्रमः ॥
paścād dhyāyīt pūrvoktakramaśo mantravid budhaḥ | sthūlātisthūlamātrāyaṃ nābher ūrdhvarūpakramaḥ ||22||
फिर जो मंत्र जानता है वो ध्यान करे। पहले जैसे बताया गया है, उसी हिसाब से आगे बढ़ो। नाभि से शुरू करो और ऊपर की तरफ आओ। पहले बड़ी चीज़ से शुरू करो, फिर और बड़ी चीज़ पे जाओ।
Afterwards, the wise knower of mantra should meditate sequentially according to the previously stated order—this measure (practice) from the gross to the very gross, beginning with the form that proceeds upward from the navel.
