Sukta 9.85
ऊर्ध्वो गन्धर्वो अधि नाके अस्थाद्विश्वा रूपा प्रतिचक्षाणो अस्य । भानुः शुक्रेण शोचिषा व्यद्यौत्प्रारूरुचद्रोदसी मातरा शुचिः ॥
ūrdhvó gandharvó ádhi nā́ke asthād víśvā rūpā́ prati-cákṣāṇo asya | bhā́nūḥ śukréṇa śóciṣā vy àdyaut prā́rūrucad ródasī mātárā śúciḥ ||
गंधर्व आसमान के ऊपर खड़ा है। वो सीधा खड़ा है। वो सब चीज़ें देख रहा है। उसकी रोशनी चमक रही है, बिल्कुल साफ रोशनी। उसने दुनिया और ज़मीन दोनों को चमका दिया। दोनों माँ जैसी हैं, अब साफ चमक रही हैं।
