Outer meaning

Of Pavamāna the all-finding, thy streams are released forth like the rays of the Sun.

Inner meaning

When Soma is purified, it becomes viśvavit—able to find and recover all that is hidden in the being. Its currents surge outward like solar rays: illumination spreads through the mind, uncovering concealed knowledge (go/rays) and releasing blocked energies.

Universal truth

Purified delight-inspiration naturally becomes illumination: it radiates, discovers, and liberates what was covered, turning inner darkness into seeing and capacity.
