सोम उ षुवाणः सोतृभिरधि ष्णुभिरवीनाम् । अश्वयेव हरिता याति धारया मन्द्रया याति धारया ॥
Transliteration
sóma u ṣuvānáḥ sotṛ́bhir ádhi snúbhir avī́nām | áśvayā-iva harítā yāti dhā́rayā mandráyā yāti dhā́rayā ||
Translation
सोम को लोग दबा रहे हैं, वो भेड़ के ऊन के ऊपर से गुज़र रहा है। जैसे घोड़ा दौड़ता है, वैसे ही सोना-जैसा पीला रंग लेकर बह रहा है। वो खुशी वाली धारा में चल रहा है, जोश के साथ बह रहा है।
