आ शर्म पर्वतानां वृणीमहे नदीनाम् । आ विष्णोः सचाभुवः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ śárma párvatānāṃ vṛṇīmáhe nadī́nām | ā́ víṣṇoḥ sacā-bhúvaḥ ||
Translation
हम पहाड़ों की शरण लेते हैं जहाँ सुकून मिलता है। नदियों की शक्ति को भी अपनाते हैं जो बहती रहती हैं। और विष्णु के साथ चलते हैं, वो बड़े सहायक हैं इस रास्ते में।
