वयं ते अस्य वृत्रहन्विद्याम शूर नव्यसः । वसोः स्पार्हस्य पुरुहूत राधसः ॥
Transliteration
vayáṃ te asyá vṛtrahan vidyā́ma śūra návyasaḥ | vásōḥ spārhásya puruhūta rā́dhasaḥ ||
Translation
हे वृत्र मारने वाले, हम तुम्हारे नए-नए रूप को जानना चाहते हैं। तुम बड़े वीर हो। तुम्हारी दौलत कितनी अच्छी है, हम उसे पाना चाहते हैं। लोग तुम्हे बहुत पुकारते हैं, तुम्हारी कृपा से हम भी कुछ पाएँ।
