Sukta 6.44
एना मन्दानो जहि शूर शत्रूञ्जामिमजामिं मघवन्नमित्रान् । अभिषेणाँ अभ्यादेदिशानान्पराच इन्द्र प्र मृणा जही च ॥
enā́ mandānáḥ jahi śūra śátrūñ jāmím ajāmím maghavann amítrān | abhí-seṇāṃ abh yā́-dédiśānān parā́ca indra prá mṛṇā́ jahī́ ca ||
इंद्र, इस सोम के नशे में आके दुश्मनों को मारो। अपने हो या पराए, जो भी हमारे खिलाफ हैं उनको खत्म करो। जो लोग टोली बना के हमारे पीछे पड़ते हैं, उनको पीछे भगा दो। उनको कुचल दो और फिर से मारो।
