Sukta 3.14
मित्रश्च तुभ्यं वरुणः सहस्वोऽग्ने विश्वे मरुतः सुम्नमर्चन् । यच्छोचिषा सहसस्पुत्र तिष्ठा अभि क्षितीः प्रथयन्त्सूर्यो नॄन् ॥
mitráś ca túbhyaṃ váruṇaḥ sahasvo’gne víśve marútaḥ sumnám arcan | yác chóc iṣā sahasas-putra tíṣṭhā abhí kṣitī́ḥ pratháyan sū́ryo nṝ́n ||
मित्र और वरुण, और सारे मरुत देवता, अग्नि तुम्हारी तारीफ करते हैं। अग्नि, जब तुम आग के साथ खड़े हो, तो दुनिया को फैला देते हो। जैसे सूरज लोगों को फैला देता है, वैसे तुम भी करते हो।
