Sukta 10.124
इमं नो अग्न उप यज्ञमेहि पञ्चयामं त्रिवृतं सप्ततन्तुम् । असो हव्यवाळुत नः पुरोगा ज्योगेव दीर्घं तम आशयिष्ठाः ॥
imáṁ no agne úpa yajñám ehi páñcayāmaṁ trivṛ́taṁ saptátantum | ásó havyavā́ḷ utá naḥ purogā́ jyóg eva dī́rghaṁ táma ā́śayiṣṭhāḥ ||
अग्नि, हमारी यज्ञ के पास आ जाओ। यह यज्ञ पाँच तरह से चलता है, तीन तरह से फैला है, और सात धागों से बनी है। तू हमारे लिए हवन ले के चल, हमारे आगे चल। और जैसे रोशनी अंधेरा भगाती है, वैसे ही तू बड़ा अंधेरा दूर कर दे।
