वेद मासो धृतव्रतो द्वादश प्रजावतः । वेदा य उपजायते ॥
Transliteration
védā mā́só dhṛtá-vrato dvā́daśa prajā́vataḥ | védā yá upajā́yate ||
Translation
वरुण जो धरम पे पक्का है, वो बारह महीने जानता है। यह महीने आगे बढ़ने वाले हैं। वो जानता है कि आगे क्या पैदा होगा। वो वक्त नापता है और सच्चाई के नियम में सब कुछ देखता है।
