यद्गायत्रे अधि गायत्रमाहितं त्रैष्टुभाद्वा त्रैष्टुभं निरतक्षत । यद्वा जगज्जगत्याहितं पदं य इत्तद्विदुस्ते अमृतत्वमानशुः ॥
yád gāyatré ádhi gāyatrám ā́hitaṃ traiṣṭubhād vā́ traiṣṭubhaṃ nír atakṣata | yád vā́ jágaj jagaty ā́hitaṃ padáṃ yá ít tád vidús té amṛtatvám ānaśuḥ ||
जब गायत्री मंत्र गायत्री पर लिखा जाता है। या त्रिष्टुभ से त्रिष्टुभ निकलता है। या जगती में कदम रखा जाता है। जो लोग यह जानते हैं, वो अमृत पा जाते हैं।
