Sukta 1.141
पृक्षो वपुः पितुमान्नित्य आ शये द्वितीयमा सप्तशिवासु मातृषु । तृतीयमस्य वृषभस्य दोहसे दशप्रमतिं जनयन्त योषणः ॥
pṛkṣó vápūḥ pitumā́n nítya ā́ śaye dvitī́yam ā́ saptáśivāsu mātṛ́ṣu | tṛtī́yam asya vṛṣabhásya dóhase dáśa-pramatiṃ janayanta yóṣaṇaḥ ||
अग्नि की शकल खाने-पीने से भरी हुई है। वो हमेशा से है और आराम करता है। पहले वो सात माताओं के पास रहता है। फिर दूसरी बार जब वो बैल की तरह दूध देता है, तब दस शक्तियाँ पैदा होती हैं जो सही रास्ता दिखाती हैं।
