विश्वासां त्वा विशां पतिं हवामहे सर्वासां समानं दम्पतिं भुजे सत्यगिर्वाहसं भुजे । अतिथिं मानुषाणां पितुर्न यस्यासया । अमी च विश्वे अमृतास आ वयो हव्या देवेष्वा वयः ॥
víśvāsāṃ tvā viśā́ṃ pátiṃ havāmahe sárvāsāṃ samānáṃ dám-patiṃ bhujé satyá-girvāhasaṃ bhujé | átithiṃ mā́nuṣāṇāṃ pitúr ná yásyā́sayā | amī́ ca víśve amṛ́tāsa ā́ váyo havyā́ devéṣv ā́ váyaḥ ||
हम तुम्हे सब लोगों के मास्टर के रूप में बुलाते हैं। तुम सबके लिए एक हो, जैसे एक घर में पति-पत्नी दोनों के लिए एक ही हो। तुम सच बोलने वाले हो, जो सब का बोझ उठाते हो। तुम इंसानों के मेहमान हो, जैसे बाप अपने पास बुलाए। वो अमर देवता सब हवा ले के आएँ, देवताओं के लिए। वो हवा ले कर आएँ।
