बृहस्पते सदमिन्नः सुगं कृधि शं योर्यत्ते मनुर्हितं तदीमहे । रथं न दुर्गाद्वसवः सुदानवो विश्वस्मान्नो अंहसो निष्पिपर्तन ॥
bṛ́haspate sádam ín naḥ sugáṃ kṛdhi śáṃ yór yat te mánur hitaṃ tád īmahe | ráthaṃ na durgā́d vasavaḥ sudānavo víśvasmān no áṃhaso níṣ pipartana ||
बृहस्पति, हमारा रास्ता आसान और साफ कर दो। जो शांति और सुख मनु ने बताया है, वो हम मांगते हैं। वसु देवता, तुम जो बहुत देते हो, जैसे रथ मुश्किल रास्ते से बाहर आता है, वैसे हमको हर तंगी से बाहर निकालो।
