अर्वाङेहि सोमकामं त्वाहुरयं सुतस्तस्य पिबा मदाय । उरुव्यचा जठर आ वृषस्व पितेव नः शृणुहि हूयमानः ॥
Transliteration
arvā́ṅ ehi sómakāmaṃ tvāhur ayáṃ sutás tásya pibā mádāya | uru-vyácā jaṭhára ā́ vṛṣasva pitā́iva naḥ śṛṇuhi hūyámānaḥ ||
Translation
आजा इंद्र, तुझे सोम का प्याला मिल रहा है। यह सोम तैयार है, इसको पी ले। पेट भर के मज़े ले। बाप की तरह हमारी सुन, जब हम पुकारते हैं तो जवाब दे।
