अष्टमः सर्गः · Daśaratha Resolves on the Aśvamedha (Horse
Sacrifice) for Progeny
तद्यथा विधिपूर्वं मे क्रतुरेष समाप्यते ।
तथा विधानं क्रियतां समर्थाः करणेष्विह ॥१८॥
tadyathā vidhipūrvaṃ me kratureṣa samāpyate |
tathā vidhānaṃ kriyatāṃ samarthāḥ karaṇeṣviha ||18||
इसलिए ध्यान रखना कि यह यज्ञ सही तरीके से पूरा हो। जैसे शास्त्र में लिखा है वैसे ही करो। और तुम लोग इस काम में एक्सपर्ट हो।
Therefore let the arrangements be made in a manner this sacifice is completed in accordance with the scriptures. And in this, you are experts".
