त्रिसप्ततितमः सर्गः (Sarga 73): Mithilā Vivāha · Kanyādāna and the Fourfold Marriage Rites
सज्जोऽहं त्वत्प्रतीक्षोऽस्मि वेद्यामस्यां प्रतिष्ठितः ॥१६॥
अविघ्नं कुरुतां राजा किमर्थमवलम्बते ।
sajjo 'haṃ tvatpratīkṣo 'smi vedyām asyāṃ pratiṣṭhitaḥ ||16||
avighnaṃ kurutāṃ rājā kim artham avalambate |
मैं तैयार हूँ और वेदी पर खड़ा हूँ, आपका इंतज़ार कर रहा हूँ, राजा साहब। शादी का काम बिना रुकावट के हो जाने दो। आप क्यों देर कर रहे हो?
Ready at the altar, I have been awaiting you, O King! Without hindrance proceed! Why delay?".
