कामधेनुसैन्यप्रादुर्भावः · Kamadhenu’s Forces, Visvamitra’s Austerities, and Vasishta’s Wrath
किमर्थं तप्यसे राजन् ब्रूहि यत्ते विवक्षितम् ।
वरदोऽस्मि वरो यस्ते काङ्क्षितस्सोऽभिधीयताम् ॥१४॥
kimarthaṃ tapyase rājan brūhi yat te vivakṣitam |
varado 'smi varo yas te kāṅkṣitas so 'bhidhīyatām ||14||
राजा, तुम यह तपस्या क्यों कर रहे हो? बताओ क्या चाहिए। मैं वरदान देने वाला हूँ। जो भी तुम माँगना चाहते हो, वो बोलो।
O King! what are you performing the penance for? Tell me what you want? I am bestower of boons. Speak out you desire (said Lord Siva).
