सिद्धाश्रम-प्रसङ्गः
Siddhashrama and the Vāmana Narrative
कुमारावपि तां रात्रिमुषित्वा सुसमाहितौ ।
प्रभातकाले चोत्थाय पूर्वां सन्ध्यामुपास्य च ॥३१॥
स्पृष्टोदकौ शुची जप्यं समाप्य नियमेन च ।
हुताग्निहोत्रमासीनं विश्वामित्रमवन्दताम् ॥३२॥
kumārāvapi tāṃ rātrimuṣitvā susamāhitau |
prabhātakāle cotthāya pūrvāṃ sandhyāmupāsya ca ||31||
spṛṣṭodakau śucī japyaṃ samāpya niyamena ca |
hutāgnihotramāsīnaṃ viśvāmitramavandatām ||32||
दोनों भाई रात को शांत रहके बिताया। सुबह जल्दी उठे। मॉर्निंग पूजा किया, पानी से हाथ धोए। रिशि जी के पास जाके उनको प्रणाम किया।
The two princes spent the right comfortably and woke up at day-break. They performed morning in accordance with the prescribed rule, ablutions, said their prayers and paid their respects to Viswamitra seated at the kindled fire-sacrifice.ityārṣē śrīmadrāmāyaṇē vālmīkīya ādikāvyē bālakāṇḍē ēkōnatriṅśassarga:৷৷Thus ends the twentyninth sarga of Balakanda of the holy Ramayana the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
