ततो वेतसशाखाश्च जम्बूशाखाश्च वीर्यवान्।चकार लक्ष्मणश्छित्वा सीताया स्सुखमासनम्।।।।
tato vetasa-śākhāś ca jambū-śākhāś ca vīryavān |
cakāra lakṣmaṇaś chitvā sītāyāḥ sukham āsanam ||
लक्ष्मण ने रीड और जाम्बू की डालें काटी। फिर सीता के लिए आराम करने की जगह बना दी।
