O son of the Raghus (Dasaratha)!, because of your good fortune that Rama, endowed with the qualities of an ideal son like Kasyapa to Maricha was born to you for the welfare of this world.
Putra-dharma: the ideal son embodies virtues that support family and kingdom welfare; his birth is framed as a boon oriented toward śreyas (true good).
Rama is praised in terms of exemplary sonhood and auspicious destiny, reinforcing the legitimacy of his succession.
Putraguṇa—obedience, integrity, and welfare-oriented conduct expected of a royal heir.
