चतुर्दश समास्सौम्य दण्डकारण्यमाश्रितः।उपभोक्ष्ये त्वहं दत्तं भागं पित्रा महात्मना।।।।
caturdaśa samāḥ saumya daṇḍakāraṇyam āśritaḥ |
upabhokṣye tv ahaṁ dattaṁ bhāgaṁ pitrā mahātmanā ||
मैं चौदा साल के लिए जंगल में रहूँगा। दंडक वन में। बाप ने जो हिस्सा दिया है, मैं उसको पूरा करूँगा।
O handsome one, as for myself, I shall enjoy the portion bestowed on me by my magnanimous father and shall take refuge in the Dandaka forest for fourteen years.
