नानानगरवास्तव्यान्पृथग्जानपदानपि ॥४५॥
समानिनाय मेदिन्याः प्रधानान्पृथिवीपतीन् ।
nānānagaravāstavyān pṛthag jānapadān api ||45||
samānināya medinyāḥ pradhānān pṛthivīpatīn |
राजा ने पूरे देश से लोगों को बुलाया। अलग अलग शहरों से और गाँवों से भी। जो बड़े लोग थे, जो प्रमुख थे, सबको बुलाया। देश के राजा भी आए और नगर के प्रमुख लोग भी।
