पाप-मोचनम्। म॒न्वे वां॑ द्यावापृथिवी सुभोजसौ॒ सचे॑तसौ॒ ये अप्र॑थेथा॒ममि॑ता॒ योज॑नानि । प्र॒ति॒ष्ठे ह्यभ॑वतं॒ वसू॑नां॒ ते नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः
pā́pa-mócanam | manvé vā́m dyāvā́pṛthivī subhójasau sacétasau yé áprathethām ámitā yójanāni | pratíṣṭhe hí abhavatam vásūnām té no muñcatám áṃhasaḥ
Sin’s loosening. I call on you twain, O Heaven and Earth, bounteous in bestowal, of concordant thought—ye who have stretched forth the immeasurable spaces. For ye became the firm foundation of riches: from anguish and sin do ye release us.
पाप को धोने की बात है। मैं दोनों को बुलाता हूँ, आकाश और धरती। दोनों अच्छे देते हैं, दोनों का एक ही मन है। तुमने यह दुनिया कितनी फैला दी है, कोई एंड नहीं। तुम ही अमीरी की नीव बने। अब हमें पाप और तकलीफ़ से आज़ाद कर दो।
